Classes of employees entitled to gratuity

The Governor may, by regulations, prescribe the classes of employees in service undertakings who shall be entitled to be included in the distribution of gratuities.
In exercise of the power conferred by subsection (1), the Governor may prescribe classes by —
description of position;
type of work;
level of remuneration;
other terms of employment; or
a combination of any of the criteria set out in paragraphs (a) to (d).
