Signing of warnings

An employee's signature on a warning (required by Form 9) is an acknowledgement of receipt and not an admission of its contents.
Where the employee refuses to sign the warning, the employer shall indicate on the warning that the warning was presented to the employee, indicating the time and place, and that the employee refused to sign it.
