Judicial notice to be taken of signatures of certain judges

Courts shall take judicial notice of the signatures of the judges of the Supreme Courts of Judicature in England as well as of courts having jurisdiction in the Islands provided such signature be attached or appended to any decree order, certificate or other judicial or official document.
