Government Notices of any date whatsoever purporting to have been issued by the Governor's office, and purporting to bear the signature of the Governor or other officer for the time being administering the Government are admissible in any court without proof of the signature or official character of the person purporting to have signed the same.
Gazetted matter is admissible in accordance with section 8 of the Official Gazette Act (1997 Revision).
