The Registrar shall give notice in the Gazette of the termination of registration of a partnership under secti on 41 or the de - registration of an applicant partnership under section 43 and, in the case of de - registration under section 43 , the jurisdiction under the laws of which the applicant partnership has been registered by way of continuation and the name of the applicant partnership, if changed.
