Refusal of application

Where the Director is not satisfied that an applicant fulfils the prescribed criteria for eligibility for financial assistance, the Director shall refuse the application.
Where the Director refuses an application, the Director shall inform the applicant in writing of the applicant's right to apply to the Director for a reconsideration of the decision to refuse the application in accordance with section 18.
