Restriction re gunsmith

No holder of a Gunsmith’s Licence shall accept delivery of any firearm for the purpose of effecting any alteration or repair thereto —
elsewhere than at the premises in respect of which that holder is licensed as a gunsmith; and
unless the person who delivers it produces a valid Firearm User’s (Restricted) Licence issued to that person in relation to that firearm.
Whoever contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of five thousand dollars and to imprisonment for five years.
