Every holder of a Gunsmith’s Licence shall cause to be affixed and keep affixed over one of the principal entrances of the premises upon which that holder carries on business as a gunsmith a board on which shall be printed in legible letters at least two inches in length the name in full of such licencee and the words “Licensed as a gunsmith to repair and alter firearms” followed by the type of firearm that the licensee has been licensed to repair and alter.
Whoever contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of two hundred dollars or to imprisonment for six months.
