Nothing in Part 2 affects —
a provision of a deed, will or other document, whether made before or after the date of commencement of this Law, that confers charitable benefits or enables charitable benefits to be conferred on persons on the basis of any ground specified in section 3(2)
an act that is done in order to give effect to such a provision
In this section —
"charitable benefits" means benefits for purposes that are exclusively charitable according to law
