Certificate to a body corporate

Where the holder of a certificate to operate a health care facility is a body corporate, then if at any time a change occurs —
in the persons who are directors of that body corporate; or
in the persons in accordance with whose directions or instructions the directors of that body corporate are accustomed to act,
A body corporate which fails to comply with subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of ten thousand dollars.
