Where any articles of hotel equipment are imported under a licence, the proprietor, for the time being, of the hotel to which the licence relates, shall keep the relevant customs entry forms as prima facie evidence of relief from customs duty and if duty is subsequently charged, the fact is to be entered thereon by customs.
