Procedure on application for grant of licence

Every application for the grant of a licence shall be submitted to the Secretary of the Licensing Board and shall be in such form and contain such information and be accompanied by such documents as may be prescribed.
Every applicant shall state in which District, as specified in the Second Schedule, the hotel in question will be situated.
