Commencement of Law on publication of assent, etc.

Every Law shall, unless it is otherwise therein expressly provided, come into operation on the day of the publication of the notification of assent.
The date on which a Law comes into operation, whether under the provisions of this section or according to the express provisions contained in the Law, shall be written on the original of the Law and on all copies thereof in some convenient place.
