Notice of completion of adjudication record

When the adjudication record, in respect of any adjudication section, has been completed, the Adjudicator shall sign and date a certificate to that effect and shall forthwith give notice of the completion thereof and of the place and time at which the same or an official copy thereof can be inspected together with the demarcation map, and in such notice shall declare the period, not being less than two months, during which and the manner in which petitions under section 20 may be presented.
