Payment of all fees, expenses etc. by Treasury

Where a bill of costs relating to services carried out in accordance with a certificate and expenses have been taxed and approved in accordance with section 28, the certificate, the bill of costs and expenses shall thereafter be submitted to the Treasury for payment to the assigned attorney-at-law of the amount to which he is so entitled.
