Status of attorneys-at-law

Subject to subsection (2), an attorney-at-law is an officer of the Court.
An attorney-at-law shall not appear on behalf of another person in a court, tribunal or inquiry in the Islands if the attorney-at-law holds a practising certificate issued pursuant to section 48(2)(b).
Subsection (2) shall not apply to an attorney-at-law who is Caymanian.
