Voluntary removal of name from Roll

An attorney-at-law may apply to the Clerk of the Court to have the name of the attorney-at-law removed from the Roll.
The Clerk of the Court may remove the name of an attorney-at-law who applies to be removed from the Roll under subsection (1) from the Roll.
Rules of Court may prescribe the form and manner of an application under subsection (1).
