Council to issue certificate of recognition

If the Council recognises a company, partnership or limited liability partnership as a recognised law entity, the Council shall issue a certificate of recognition to the company, partnership or limited liability partnership.
A certificate of recognition shall be in a form approved by the Council and shall specify the name of the recognised law entity and its registered office.
The Council shall also publish a notice stating that the company, partnership or limited liability partnership has been recognised as a recognised law entity and its name.
