If a company, partnership or limited liability partnership ceases to be a recognised law entity but continues to practise Cayman Islands law, in addition to the company, partnership or limited liability partnership committing an offence under section 62, each director, partner, manager or member of the company, partnership or limited liability partnership who is an attorney-at-law is guilty of professional misconduct.
As soon as practicable after the Council becomes aware that a company, partnership or limited liability partnership has ceased to be a recognised law entity, the Council shall publish the name of the company, partnership or limited liability partnership and the fact that it has ceased to be a recognised law entity.
