Quarterly sessions of the Boards

Where, twenty-one days prior to the first day of the months of March, June or December and subsequent to the last meeting of a Board —
any variation of a licence has been granted by the Chairperson under section 13(1);
any application for the grant of a licence has been made;
any written notice of objection to the continuance of an existing licence has been received under section 17(2); or
any recommendation with regard to an existing licence has been received from any court by virtue of section 16,
a quarterly session of the Board shall be held in the month specified.
A quarterly session shall be held at a time and place to be appointed by the Chairperson, by Notice published in the Gazette or in at least one newspaper circulating in the Islands, at least twenty-one days before the first day of the quarterly session.
Any new licence granted at a quarterly session shall remain in force, unless revoked earlier by the Board, until the end of the thirtieth day of September next following.
A fee for a licence granted at a quarterly session shall be charged on a pro rata basis.
