Application of other Cayman Islands L aws

Unless the context otherwise requires, and except in so far as inconsistent with the express provisions o f this Act or the nature of a limited liability company —
references in other Laws of the Islands (other than for the Companies Act (2025 Revision) , except to the extent expressly provided otherwise in this Act ) to a Cayman Islands “company” or to a “c ompany formed under the Companies Act (2025 Revision) ” or to a company “registered under the Companies Act (2025 Revision) ” (or other similar reference to a company and the Companies Act (2025 Revision) ) shall include a limited liability company formed or registered under this Act ;
references to a “ share ” of such a company shall be deemed to include a LLC interest;
references to a “ shareholder ” of such a company shall be deemed to include a member of a limited liability company; and
references to a “ director ” of such a company shall be deemed to include references to a manager of the limited liability company.
