The Cabinet may make Regulations prescribing all matters that are required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed, or are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for giving effect to the purposes of this Act and in particular —
prescribing the duties to be performed by the Registrar for the purposes of this Act ;
prescribing the forms to be used for the purposes of this Act ;
prescribing the fees payable to the Registrar in respect of filings or certifications or otherwise pursuant to this Act ;
prescribing the procedures for registration of lim ited liability companies; and
providing for such matters as may be necessary or convenient for carrying out or giving effect to this Act and its administration.
