Voluntary w inding up

A limited liability partnership shall be voluntarily wound up in accordance with the provisions of the partnership agreement — c Revised a s at 1st January, 2025 Page 25
at the time or upon the occurrence of any event specified in the partnership agreement; or
unless otherwise specified in the partnership agreement, upon the passing of a resolution of a two - thirds ’ majority of the partners.
