Notice of winding up

Upon the completion of the winding up of a limited liability partnershi p, the voluntary liquidator shall file a notice of dissolution with the Registrar and a limited liability partnership shall not be dissolved by an act of the partners or otherwise until a notice of dissolution signed by the voluntary liquidator has been fi led with the Registrar.
