Advice of Commission to Health Practice Commission and Councils

In any matter relating to the professions specified in Schedules 1, 2 and 3, the Commission may, on its own initiative or upon request by the Health Practice Commission or the relevant Council, give general or specific advice to the Health Practice Commission or Council concerned to such extent as may be specified in the Health Practice Act (2021 Revision) this Act or any other Law.
