Grant of special exclusive prospecting licence

The Governor may, in his discretion, on payment of the prescribed fee and notwithstanding anything in this Law, grant a special exclusive prospecting licence over any area, for such period and upon such terms and conditions as he may think fit.
Application for a special exclusive prospecting licence shall be made in the form prescribed for an exclusive prospecting licence.
