Rights, etc., under licence applicable to special licence

All the rights, powers and privileges conferred on, all the obligations and duties imposed on and all the provisions of this Law applicable to the holder of an exclusive prospecting licence shall also be conferred on, imposed on, and applicable to the holder of a special exclusive prospecting licence except where there is a specific variance therewith by reason of any special terms and conditions imposed by the Governor.
