All proceedings pending at the date of the commencement of this Law in respect of offences committed or alleged to have been committed against the Marine Conservation Law (2013 Revision) shall be continued and dealt with as if this Law had not come into force.
Until regulations are made under this Law to provide for a matter that may be prescribed by regulations, the regulations made under the Marine Conservation Law (2013 Revision) that are in force immediately before the commencement of this Law shall have effect until expressly repealed by this Law or by regulations made under this Law.
Where anything done under or for the purposes of the Marine Conservation Law (2013 Revision) would cease to have effect by virtue of the repeal of that Law it shall have effect as if it had been done under and for the purposes of this Law.
Where prior to the commencement of this Law applications were made for the grant of licences under the Marine Conservation Law (2013 Revision) and such applications have not been wholly or partly dealt with at the date of commencement of this Law, such applications shall be taken to be applications made under this Law and the Council shall deal with all such applications in accordance with this Law.
