Reports of Council

The Council shall, within six months after the end of each financial year, forward to the Minister —
a report on the operations of the Council during that financial year and on the Council's policy and programme for future years; and
a copy of the audited financial statements as at the close of the previous financial year.
The report referred to in paragraph (a) of subsection (1) shall specify —
any directions given by the Minister to the Council during that year; and
the scales of salaries and wages paid to officers and servants of the Council.
The Minister shall cause copies of the report referred to in paragraph (a) of subsection (1), the financial statements referred to in paragraph (b) of subsection (1) and the report of the Auditor General under section 22(2) to be laid on the Table of the Legislative Assembly not later than the 30th June following the end of the financial year to which they relate, and to be gazetted.
