The Council shall, within three months of the end of each financial year as defined in the bye-laws, prepare and present to the annual general meeting, a report of its proceedings during that year, together with a complete statement of its financial position and its accounts.
The Council shall forward copies of such report, statement and accounts to the Governor and to the Honourable Minister of Cabinet responsible for this subject who shall cause it to be laid on the table of the Legislative Assembly as soon as possible.
