A person who —
takes or attempts to take any wildlife, either flora or fauna, on Trust property;
starts any fire on Trust property, except in any area where, under the bye-laws of the Trust, fires are permitted;
removes any artifact from any Trust property;
defaces any Trust property; or
refuses to leave Trust property when required to do so by an officer, employee or agent of the Trust under section 17,
is guilty of an offence.
