Duties and powers of the Director General

In addition to any duties conferred on the Director General by or under any other Law and subject to section 3(2), the Director General is responsible for —
the management, supervision and control of the Service; and
the administration and implementation of this Law.
The Director General has such powers as are necessary to enable him to perform his duties under subsection (1).
