Charge for services

Subject to subsection (2), regulations made under section 10(a) and any directions of the Minister, the Service may charge fees for weather forecasts, information, advice, publications and other services supplied pursuant to this Law.
Fees payable under this Law shall be paid into the general revenue of the Islands.
