A private fund may apply to the Authority in the prescribed manner to be registered under this Act , and the application shall be accompanied by the prescribed non - refundable application fee . 2
A restricted scope private fund that applies for registration under subsection (1) may elect as part of its registration application to be registered as a registered restricted scope private fund.
