, w here an application is made unde r section 6 , the Authority , after considering the application, may register the private fund in the manner and subject to such conditions that the Authority considers appropriate . ( 2 ) Where an application is made under section 6 by a restricted scope private fund that has elected to be registered as a restricted scope private fund in accordance with section 6(2), the Authority may register the restricted scope private fund as a registered restricted scope private fund.
The Authority shall communicate its decision to register or refuse to register a private fund under this section as soon as reasonably practicable after receiving the application.
