The Commissioner shall keep a register in which shall be entered the name of every person licensed under this Law.
Each entry in the register shall contain the following particulars in relation to each person registered —
his address;
the date on which his licence was issued;
particulars of any disqualification ordered by a court under section 19; and
such other relevant particulars as the Commissioner may specify.
The register shall be kept at such place as the Commissioner may from time to time determine.
The Commissioner shall make such alterations to the particulars of persons registered as are notified to him and shall remove from the register the name of a registered person who is deceased or who ceases to be licensed.
A registered person shall inform the Commissioner in a timely manner of any change in his particulars under subsection (2)(a) and (d).
