The offences to which the Extradition Act (Overseas Territories) Order 2016 (UKSI 2016/990) and any other Order in Council made under sections 177, 178 and 224(2) of the Extradition Act 2003 of the United Kingdom (Cap 41) can apply shall include —
offences under this Act ;
any conspiracy to commit such an offence; and
any attempt to commit an offence under this Act .
