Notwithstanding any other L aw or rule of court, costs shall not be awarded against the Director of Public Prosecutions —
where, under this Act or any other L aw —
the Director of Public Prosecutions has applied by written notice to the Grand Court for the grant or enforcement of a confiscation order;
the Director of Public Pros ecutions has made an application for a restraint order or related order;
the Director of Public Prosecutions has made an applic ation for an order under Part 4 ;
the Director of Public Prosecutions, on behalf of the government of a foreign country , has made an application for an order under this Act , and the Grand Court determines that it will not make the order concerned; or
where the Grand Court has varied or discharged an order made under this Act , unless it is shown to the satisfaction of t he Grand Court that the Director of Public Prosecutions ’ application in relation to the order concerned was made in bad faith or was frivolous or vexatious.
