Variation or discharge of an occupation order

The court may, if it thinks fit, on the application of the applicant or respondent, make an order —
extending or reducing any period specified by the court pursuant to section 10(2); or
varying or discharging any terms and conditions imposed by the court under that section.
Where an occupation order is made on an ex parte application, the respondent may apply for a variation or discharge of that order.
