Notices to be in writing; form of notices, etc.

All notices, orders, consents, demands or other documents authorised or required by or under this Act shall be in writing.
All notices, orders, consents, demands or other documents authorised or required by or under this Act may be signed by the Chief Medical Officer or any officer authorised in writing by the Chief Medical Officer:
that a Medical Officer of Health and an Environmental Health Officer shall be deemed to be authorised under this section as respects documents relating to matters falling within their respective provinces.
The Cabinet may, by regulations, prescribe the form of any notice, certificate or other document to be used for any of the purposes of this Act, and if forms are so prescribed, those forms or forms to the like effect may be used in all cases to which those forms are applicable.
