Section 27 shall apply to the Auditor General, the Director of Public Prosecutions and the Ombudsman.
Section 28(1) and (2)(a) shall apply to the Auditor General, the Director of Public Prosecutions and the Ombudsman except that any reference in those sections to the Head of the Civil Service shall be replaced with the Governor.
Section 28(2)(b) shall apply to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
