A chief officer may operate such performance incentive arrangements as he thinks suitable for the staff of his civil service entity provided that the arrangements comply with the personnel regulations.
Performance incentive arrangements, including performance-related remuneration, are to be directly linked to the performance assessment system specified in section 50.
