Calculation of performance component of staff remuneration

The amount of any performance-related portion of the remuneration of a staff member for a financial year is to be determined as part of the performance assessment process undertaken in accordance with section 50.
The amount of performance-related remuneration is to be determined by reference to the extent of achievement of the staff member's annual performance agreement for the financial year.
