Delegation by the Board

The Board may assign or delegate to the Unit, in writing, any of the Board's duties and functions under section 4 and may, by written notice to the Director, at any time, revoke any functions so assigned or delegated.
Any delegation made pursuant to subsection (1) may be subject to such conditions as determined by the Board.
The Board may co-opt any person to attend any meeting of the Board at which it is proposed to deal with a particular matter, for the purpose of assisting or advising the Board, but a co-opted person shall not have the right to vote.
