Manner of registration

The first registration of any parcel shall be effected by the preparation of a register in accordance with section 9 and the signing by the Registrar of the particulars of the ownership and the particulars of incumbrances, if any, appearing thereon.
Every subsequent registration shall be effected by an entry in the register in such form as the Registrar may from time to time direct, and by the cancellation of the entry, if any, which it replaces.
