Premises to be secured

Every secondhand dealer shall ensure that his premises are —
adequately secured by one or more security systems sufficient to detect and signal to the secondhand dealer, or to such other person as he may designate, any unauthorised entry to the premises;
kept under surveillance by cameras that are —
capable of providing visual recordings of all transactions carried out;
capable of producing discernible images of facial features and clothing of persons carrying out transactions;
so positioned that they are able to provide visual recordings of the interior and the exterior of the premises and all entry and exit points;
adequately lit in the vicinity of the cameras to facilitate visual recordings that are clear; and
equipped with such other measures as may be prescribed by Regulations.
Every secondhand dealer shall retain recordings made in accordance with subsection (1) for at least fourteen days.
