The allowances of members of the Commission shall be determined by the Governor.
The Government shall provide the Commission with adequate staff for the prompt and efficient discharge of its functions under this Act.
Expenses incurred by the Commission, members and the staff for the purposes of this Act shall be paid out of the revenues of the Islands.
