Reports to the Cayman Islands Parliament referred to in section 5(1)(g) shall be submitted electronically and in hard copy to the Speaker for corresponding dissemination to all Members of the Cayman Islands Parliament within a reasonable time and, within seventy-two hours of electronic conveyance to the Speaker, shall be deemed to be in the public domain.
The Commission may in its own discretion issue such reports and releases to the public as it sees fit and any such reports and releases shall be sent by the Commission electronically to the Speaker for corresponding dissemination to all Members of the Cayman Islands Parliament not less than forty-eight hours before such issuance to the public, unless it is not reasonably practicable to comply with the forty-eight hour period, in which case that period may be abridged by the Commission.
