Terrorist finance- things done outside the Islands

A person who does anything outside the Islands and his action would have constituted the commission of an offence under sections 19 to 22 if it had been done in the Islands commits the offence.
For the purposes of subsection (1), section 22 (1)(b) shall be read as if for "the jurisdiction" there were substituted "a jurisdiction".
