Authorised Officers to be assisted and not obstructed

The owner of premises inspected by an Authorised Officer under this Law and every person on the premises shall —
provide all reasonable assistance to enable the Authorised Officer to carry out his duties under this Law; and
furnish the Authorised Officer with the information that he reasonably requires for that purpose.
No person shall obstruct or hinder, or knowingly make a false or misleading statement to, an Authorised Officer who is carrying out his duties under this Law.
